How can I pay? Is the online payment secure?
Security is our priority. We do not process any payment information and use certified and professional payment services such as Shopify Payments, Klarna, and PayPal.
What payment options can I use?
With Shopify Payments and PayPal, we cover all common payment methods. Customers can therefore pay by credit card, invoice, or instant bank transfer. Depending on your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the appropriate payment provider.
How do I receive my invoice?
If you need a VAT invoice, please contact us at contact@nibena.com.
We will send you a copy of your invoice immediately, provided your order has already been processed and shipped.
How long does the delivery take?
We strive to prepare orders for shipping within 24 hours.
How do I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt. We will credit the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving the return.
Returns - Step by Step
1. Contact us by email.
Send us a short message to contact@nibena.com with your order number in the subject line.
We will then immediately send you a return label by email.
2. Pack the items and attach the return label to the package.
Print the return label, place the items in the package, and attach the printed return label to the outside of the package.
This way, the return shipment is free of charge for you and will be sent to the correct recipient.
3. Submit the return shipment.
You can drop off the package at a post office, parcel shop, or Packstation of your choice.
Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return.
Receive a refund :
We will credit the purchase amount within 7 days of receiving your package.
How do I wash it?
Please wash at 30°C (Easy Care).
Turn inside out when washing and ironing.
No tumble dry.
Wash it with similar colors.
